More than 30 years experience in consumer packaged goods and retail verticals.  Over 20 years with Procter & Gamble in marketing and general management. Advisor to Kohlberg, Kravis and Roberts & Co consumer and retail practices and CEO of portfolio company. Served on the boards of Clorox, Quest Communications and 1-800flowers.com. Supports neuroplasticity research with seniors and athletes.

 

John Medica

Advisor to the Office of the CEO

30 plus years of executive leadership and GM experience in the technology industry, including successful roles at Apple, Dell and Compal Electronics. Currently supports Advisory and BOD roles focused on smaller mkt cap-public and private technology oriented companies (Artificial Solutions, Aviacomm, Cloverleaf, ESI, and Packsize). Trustee at Wake Forest University and supports animal rescue philanthropic activity with his wife.

 

 

Adrian Caminos

Director of Technology

Technology leader for more than 25 years delivering IT and wireless systems and solutions for several large companies including Qualcomm, Ericsson Wireless, and Motorola. Recognized leadership skills in managing and directing technical professionals. Adrian is a devoted husband and father who regularly volunteers at his church. He is an avid college basketball fan and enjoys hiking and mountain biking.

 

Jim Welty

Director of Software Development

A professional manager and administrator with over 20 years’ experience specializing in software development, information technology, and learning processes within startup, small, and mid-sized technology, and manufacturing companies. Leads a large, diverse team to develop Cloverleaf shelfPoint using a value-added, proprietary adoption of Agile Scrum with double-digit consecutive successful multi-component platform increments to date. Supports educational and sustenance assistance for impoverished children overseas, and his three college-aged sons.

 

 

Michelle Marassi Panhorst

Director of Client Solutions & Support

Accomplished manager with more than 15 years’ experience establishing and growing new technologies with roles spanning client services, business development, marketing and project management. Michelle is responsible for the entire customer experience, from onboarding through retention, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations and building long term, mutually beneficial relationships. Michelle holds both a BA from UC Irvine and an MBA from San Diego State University and enjoys the everyday athlete lifestyle with her husband, as well as giving back to her community, both locally and globally.

 

Dan Davidson

Product Manager

An experienced manager with 10 years in start-up companies brings expertise in product and project management. As Cloverleaf’s product owner, defines priorities for hardware and software development and owns the product roadmaps. A double major graduate of Washington State University and avid supporter of WSU’s athletic program.
